Lots of bottled waters in
store nowadays are claiming to be alkalized. People have realized the
importance of alkalinity and hydration in water, but they hardly know the
difference between alkaline and real alkalized water.
Yes, there is a difference
between the two, and that plays an important role in the hydration of our body.
Alkaline water is
basically the water that has been changed chemically unlike the other one that
has been changed electrically. The former type has chemicals added to it to
